Nutrition is a vital part of how you feel and your overall health, but it can also be very overwhelming. Today’s culture and social pressures, make it hard to know and understand what is ideal for us. Because I’d never want to feel this way personally, I don’t want you feeling this way either! I want to teach you about food, why we eat what we eat and when to have it. I want you to learn about the nutritional value of your food and what they’re doing for you! On the other hand I also want to educate you on the things.
Providing you with the knowledge on how to read labels, ingredients, nutritional information and what to look for so you feel confident doing it yourself! BUT, I will NOT put you on a diet! I do not believe in diets! I am here to help you understand what that balance looks like as an individual. Everyone is uniquely built and has individual needs, one way is not the same for everyone. Let’s work together to help you find the balance and happiness you deserve to have. I will assist in the following areas:
