Personal Training is just as it sounds. A very  “Personal” experience for each individual. Being FIT, getting FIT, having a FIT lifestyle can mean many different things to different people. Everyone has their own reasons for wanting a Personal Trainer. Whether you’re coming to me to help relieve pain, strengthen, tone, gain or lose weight, learn about what a healthier way of life can look like, you’re wanting to have a baby, train for a race or are getting married. I will meet you where ever you are in your fitness journey. My work consists of a preventative & proactive approach. Together we will put together a plan for you. You know what you like and don’t like. I want you to have the best experience. Feel empowered, encouraged, and believe in yourself more than you knew was possible. This may include one or more of the following:

-Mobility/Flexibility/Therapeutic/CARs, stretches, releases + strengthening

-Bodyweight, bands, balls, weights + more 

-Yoga + Pilates poses + exercises 

-Aqua when the weather is conducive

-Accountability 

-Teach form + Technique 

-Guide on best exercises for goals 

-Education on all aspects of Health + Wellness  

 I also believe in incorporating mindfulness and nutrition as well.

I offer many options like Zoom, Facebook Messenger and FaceTime to connect with you and your needs!

If you travel, are not located in the DFW area, are short on time or have any other reason this is an ideal option for you.

Super convenient and you don’t need a lot of space or equipment to get a great workout! I will walk you through small space in-home equipment and guide you on what you need to make the set up as simple as possible.
