“I met Faryn through the pre and post natal yoga studio I work out at. I hadn’t done any exercise since having my baby and her first class kicked my butt!! We really hit it off and started doing personal training. I have a 7 month old baby girl and she LOVES Faryn!! Not only am I getting personal training, but also a babysitter at the same time. She knows how to work a post baby body and whip you back into shape. She’s been so flexible and understanding of how demanding a baby can be during workouts. We have incorporated my little one in our exercises and it’s a really fun and interactive way to get my sweat on!!
